Directed Capital works diligently in finding and acquiring assets meeting our criteria described above. With the knowledge, experience and expertise to quickly identify sound investments, we have the freedom to act quickly, without the obstruction of bureaucratic procedures and red tape. Bids and offers are submitted to the sellers of the loans or their representatives either through sealed bid auctions or a negotiated price. If awarded the bid, Directed Capital enters into a purchase agreement with the seller of the loans, after which Directed Capital acquires those loans. In terms of transactions won, we enjoy a high success rate.
